The Stallion Difference
Precise. Fast. Finished.
Plumbing is often what decides where everything else in a commercial space can go — sinks, washrooms and kitchen equipment all need drains and venting in the right places. Getting it planned early saves expensive changes once the floor is closed up.
Stallion plans plumbing as part of your layout, then roughs in, installs fixtures and coordinates inspections. We’ve built rows of shampoo stations for barbershops and a barber school, along with washrooms and service sinks for retail and office spaces.
Many commercial renovations also trigger code requirements such as barrier-free washrooms or, for food service, grease interceptors. We identify these up front so they’re in your budget from day one.

FAQ
Commercial Plumbing questions, answered
Don’t see yours? Call 587.834.4444 or email info@stallioncontracting.ca.
Do I need a permit for commercial plumbing in Calgary?
Yes, plumbing work in a commercial space generally requires a plumbing permit and inspection from the City of Calgary. We handle both.
Does my business need a barrier-free washroom?
Many commercial renovations trigger barrier-free requirements under the building code. We review your project and design washrooms that meet the requirements that apply to you.
Does a restaurant or café need a grease interceptor?
Most food-service spaces do. We confirm the requirements for your menu and equipment and include the interceptor in the plan.
Can you add shampoo sinks for a salon or barbershop?
Yes — we’ve installed full rows of shampoo stations for barbershops and a barber school, including drains, venting and cabinetry.
