The Stallion Difference
Precise. Fast. Finished.
When you change a commercial space, the HVAC usually has to change with it. New walls interrupt airflow, more people need more fresh air, and some uses — salons, barbershops, kitchens — need dedicated exhaust and ventilation.
Because Stallion builds the whole space, your HVAC is designed alongside the layout instead of patched in afterwards. We size the system for the space and how it will be used, route ductwork to suit the ceilings and finishes, and handle the permits and inspections.
For restaurants and food service, we coordinate kitchen exhaust, make-up air and fire-suppression requirements with the specialized trades involved, so it all comes together on one schedule.

FAQ
Commercial HVAC questions, answered

Do I need a permit for commercial HVAC work in Calgary?
HVAC and other mechanical work in a commercial space generally needs a permit and inspection from the City of Calgary. We take care of the application and inspections as part of your project.
Can my unit’s existing rooftop unit handle my renovation?
Sometimes. We review the existing equipment against your new layout and occupancy, then recommend whether it can be modified or needs to be upgraded or replaced.
Do you handle exhaust for salons, barbershops and restaurants?
Yes. We design exhaust and ventilation for your use and coordinate kitchen hoods, make-up air and related trades for food-service spaces.
Can HVAC be done as part of a larger build-out?
That’s our specialty. Designing HVAC together with the layout, ceilings and lighting avoids rework and keeps one schedule for the whole job.
